Refund policy

At Jutapasal (operated by Buynep Commerce Pvt. Ltd.), your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we have made our return and refund process simple and transparent.

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return and refund, please ensure that:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • The product is in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and the original invoice included.

  • The item does not fall under the non-returnable category (e.g., used socks or items marked as "Final Sale").

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, style preference, or size issue, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping/courier charges.

  • Jutapasal Responsibility: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage during transit, or an incorrect item sent by us, Jutapasal will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process & Timelines

Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it within 1–2 working days. We will notify you via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Upon approval, refunds are processed back to the original payment method as follows:

  • Digital Wallets (eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay): 2–4 Working Days.

  • Bank Transfer: 2–5 Working Days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, we will refund the amount via the customer’s preferred Bank Account or Digital Wallet.

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

Note: Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return request first. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
