At Jutapasal, we are committed to delivering your favorite footwear safely and swiftly across Nepal. We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure your order reaches you "A Step Ahead."

1. Delivery Coverage

We provide nationwide delivery across all major cities and rural areas of Nepal, including Kathmandu Valley and all 7 provinces.

2. Order Processing & Timelines

To provide transparency, we divide our delivery time into two parts:

Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Sunday – Friday) after order confirmation.
Transit Time: * Inside Kathmandu Valley: 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- Outside Kathmandu Valley: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 2–6 business days, depending on your location.

Note: Delays may occur during public holidays, extreme weather, or unforeseen strikes. We will notify you in such cases.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer competitive shipping rates and free delivery options based on your order value:

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services nationwide. You can pay in cash to the delivery personnel only after receiving your package. Please ensure the exact amount is ready to avoid delays.

5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Confirmation: Every order is verified via a confirmation call or SMS before dispatch. Unverified orders will not be processed.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with the courier details or a tracking ID via SMS/Email to monitor your delivery status.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to two (2) attempts to deliver your package. If the delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.
