Exchange Policy

At Jutapasal, we want you to enjoy every step you take with confidence. If the product you received doesn’t fit well or you prefer a different variation, we offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, please ensure that:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All tags, labels, packaging, and the original invoice are intact.

  • The product shows no signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations.

2. Exchange Process

  1. Request: Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery via email or phone.

  2. Details: Provide your Order ID and the specific size/color you wish to exchange for.

  3. Inspection: Our team will guide you through the return/pickup procedure for quality inspection.

3. Exchange & Pickup Charges

  • Inside Kathmandu Valley: We can arrange a pickup and replacement delivery. A service charge of NPR 150 – NPR 300 will apply depending on the location.

  • Outside Kathmandu Valley: The customer must send the product back to us via courier at their own cost. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch the replacement.

4. Important Terms

  • Validity: Exchange is only valid for size, color, or product variation of the same model (subject to stock availability).

  • Refunds: For full money-back requests, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Sale Items: Products purchased under flash sales, clearance, or specific combo offers may not be eligible for exchange unless defective.

  • Denial: If the product fails our quality check (used or damaged), the exchange will be denied, and the item will be sent back at the customer's expense.

5. In-Person Exchange (Store Visit)

You can also exchange your products by visiting our studio directly:

  • Hours: Sunday – Friday (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
