Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Digital Wallets (eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay), and Bank Transfers.

Delivery is available across Nepal. Shipping timelines and costs are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. While we strive for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, weather conditions, or local strikes.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

All returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
