2. Product Representation & Sizing
We make every effort to display the colors, designs, and specifications of all footwear accurately. However, slight variations in color tone or texture may occur due to screen settings, photography lighting, and natural material finishing.

3. Pricing & Billing
All prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes (PAN/VAT) as mandated by the laws of Nepal.
Buynep Commerce Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to correct pricing or inventory errors prior to order dispatch, with prompt customer notification and immediate full refund where payment has been captured.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Delivery Inspection
Footwear eligible for exchange or return must be unused, in its original box packaging, with all attached tags intact.
Customers are advised to inspect packages upon arrival and notify support within 48 hours in the event of manufacturing defects, sizing issues, or transit damage.
